Rohit is a hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with 14+ years of experience and expertise in business development, banking, automotive, insurance and hospitality industries. Before Floofers, Rohit worked as a Digital leader at one of the big four banks in Australia and also ran a consulting business in Australia and UK.
Pankaj Khanna
CFO
Pankaj is the Chief Financial Officer of Artesian Group, a global alternative investment management group specialising in debt, venture capital and impact investment strategies with operations in US, UK, Singapore, China, and Australia. Along with his role at Floofers, Pankaj is an angel investor and sits on the advisory board of directors for multiple startups.
Mehul Chopra
CTO
Mehul has had exposure in diverse global markets such as the US, UK, Australia, and India where he has successfully led & delivered complex technology programs across various sectors. His present engagement with Floofers requires him to see through the entire gamut of technology frameworks from design to development and deployment.
Jain Karan
CMO & Creative Director
Jain Karan is a marketing & design director with over 14+ years of experience in the industry. He has helped build multiple globally recognised brands from scratch and has carved a niche to provide branding, marketing and strategy services to new-age tech and retail startups via his multinational agency. He is also an investor and a design entrepreneur.
Garrath Tonkin
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Garrath has over 20 years of experience in sales, operations, agile practices, retail, media and insurance industries. He brings his expertise in fostering collaboration within and across teams to deliver a high standard of output.
He runs a small boutique consulting business, advising new and existing businesses on strategy, operations and digital transformation.

Natasha has extensive knowledge in pet care and has been working and volunteering with pets for over 8 years. Natasha also has exceptional customer service and organisation skills.

Belinda is a highly motivated entrepreneur who has experienced incredible success that has inspired her to advise on a few tech startups within Fintech, Proptech, and SaaS. Belinda provides value around the brand, marketing, strategic & corporate partnerships, and focuses on scaling their talent.

Gabriel Guedes (GG) co-founded Lyka and currently leads its entire operations. Previously, GG was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company and an expert in the firm’s large scale transformation, and supply chain practices.
GG brings a diverse perspective, especially in the pet industry. He is also an angel investor and advisor connected to the start-up ecosystem.

Perminder (Permi) Rayat is the Managing Director of Consolidated Insurance Agencies (CIA) specialising in all forms of general insurance products. Permi is also a business mentor and an advisory board member on a number of companies.
